What is the focus of our first appointment?
During our first appointment, I want to gain a better understanding of your needs and concerns, as well as get to know one another. Finding a good match with a therapist and establishing a therapeutic rapport are key factors for a successful therapy experience.
How often will I come to therapy?
Sessions last 50 minutes and typically occur every week or biweekly, though both the length and frequency may vary according to need. In order to experience the greatest gains in therapy, it is important to meet consistently.
Do you offer in person sessions?
I exclusively provide sessions remotely via an encrypted video conferencing platform. There is also the possibility of arranging for in person sessions for Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy treatment if you are local to the Bay Area. Please feel free to inquire about this if you are interested.
What is your session rate? Do you have a sliding scale fee?
I occasionally have room for sliding scale slots based on need; please feel free to inquire about this.

Psychedelic Integration Therapy
For individuals integrating psychedelic or plant medicine experiences who want support making meaning, deepening insights, and anchoring transformation.
$240 / 50-minute session
Integration is a sacred part of the journey. Together, we’ll explore how your experience lives in your body, mind, and spirit. We’ll tend to what was stirred, revealed, or released and gently explore how to embody the shifts you’re ready for. I offer this work with care, humility, and respect for the cultural and spiritual roots of these medicines.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
For individuals looking to explore ketamine therapy as part of a supported healing journey, in collaboration with a medical prescriber.
KAP can be especially helpful for those navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, or chronic inner stuckness. These sessions create space for deeper awareness, emotional release, and expanded possibilities for healing and growth. I offer preparation, optional therapist-supported dosing sessions, and post-journey integration.
Preparation & Integration (50 min): $240
Dosing Session (2 hrs): $500
I work in partnership with prescribing clinicians and provide therapeutic support for the non-ordinary states of consciousness that may emerge during your experience.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes! I have some space for clients with insurance coverage.
Full Fee (Private Pay): $240 per 50-minute session
Insurance Clients: Rates vary based on contracted agreements with each provider
Out-of-Network Clients: Superbills available for possible reimbursement
Sliding Scale: Limited spaces available upon request I can provide you with a monthly billing statement that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to clarify your specific mental health coverage.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 48-hour cancellation is required. If a session is missed or less than 48-hours is provided, a flat rate fee will be charged.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit card payment is electronically processed via Square automatically after every session. I accept HSA and Care Credit cards as well.
