Wellness is a mindset, and a way of life. According to Dr. Bill Hettler's "Six Dimensions" model, wellness can be defined as "an active process through which people become aware of, and make choices toward, a more successful existence".
I take great pleasure in helping individuals become aware of, and make choices toward living a more successful life in terms of mind, body, and soul. I believe that all people possess the ability to achieve their goals and make powerful change in their lives if they choose to do so; and with that being said, I honor each individual as an expert and a vehicle of change in their own life.
